All tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check this for all information regarding tracking your order as this will have the most accurate and up to date information available. All orders will be packaged with love and care in compostable packaging from Australia.
All orders placed on a weekday prior to 2pm AEST will be packed and shipped same day. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day.
We are committed to making sure your order is sent out as soon as possible however, during busy sale periods or launch days, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for dispatch.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
All La Bohème Lifestyle purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. Please check your junk inbox if you have not received this email or contact us at email@example.com.
All parcels require signature on delivery. In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office or in some circumstances arrange redelivery.
Due to COVID-19 Australia post in some circumstances have been leaving some parcels without signature. We highly recommend selecting a daytime address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery and keep an eye on the tracking information.
All Australia wide orders are sent with Australia Post and can be tracked here.
All International orders are sent with DHL Express and can be tracked here.
CLICK + COLLECT
We do our best to pack all click + collect orders placed within business hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm) on the same day. Any click + collect orders placed outside of business hours will be packed the following business day. Simply select the COLLECT IN STORE option at checkout.
You will receive an email separate to your order confirmation when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection. Your order will only be ready for pick up once this email has been sent and will contain further instructions on collecting your order.
Orders will be held for a maximum of four weeks only.
Preorder items will be shipped according to the timeframe provided in the product information. If we do encounter any unexpected delays we will do our best to notify you at our earliest convenience.
Please note, if you purchase any items in addition to your preorder they will be shipped together with your preorder item once it arrives in store. If you wish to have these items shipped separately, please place a separate order. Alternatively, if you have already placed an order with additional items to your preorder and wish to have these shipped separately, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a shipping invoice.
DUTIES + TAXES
The shipping cost added to your order at the time of checkout does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
Please note that with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise.
Please contact your local Customs Office for further information or estimations on these costs.
If you refuse a shipment from La Bohème Lifestyle, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package back to La Bohème Lifestyle. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit in line with our return policy.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the rare event that your order appears to be lost or is damaged in transit, please contact our team at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can best assist you. Please let us know your name and order number as well as attach any relevant imagery.
All La Bohème Girls purchases are sent in our linen drawstring bags which are yours to keep.

We use acid free tissue paper and 100% biodegradable and compostable mailing satchels. These satchels can be reused and resealed for your returns.
